A recent high profile decision by the European court in the case of Louis Vuitton vs Google, will allow Internet referencing service providers, such as Google, the right to sell trade marks as adwords to entities other than the actual trade mark owner.

Technology supports new venture
Tuff Lite Limited was established in 2008 by three directors each with many years experience in plastic extrusion. As part of their plan to grow and develop the Tuff Lite business the directors spotted a gap in the local market to supply their roofing materials, drainage pipes and associated roofing products to small builders and farmers through their own trade counter.
