Fly 360 is a holiday and travel and business travel agency established in 2004. Having worked hard for over a year to establish the business with active marketing campaigns they approached the Digital Development Unit for help developing the marketing strategy further. With the introduction of on-line capabilities, the company expects to be able to generate considerable business from the self-service purchase clients driven to the web site from the DRTV and Sky campaigns.
Fly 360 is a holiday and travel and business travel agency established in 2004. Having worked hard for over a year to establish the business with active marketing campaigns they approached the Digital Development Unit for help developing the marketing strategy further with the introduction of on-line capabilities as the company is expected to be able to generate considerable business from the self-service purchase clients driven to the web site from the DRTV and Sky campaigns.
With DDU help and advice , Fly 360 identified the need for a website that would operate as a normal travel web site and support on-line sales via search engines and off-line marketing but that would also support potential sales enquiries, on-line flight and accommodation booking.
Having defined project objectives, the DDU helped Fly360 to find a specialist travel web site developer who could offer a customised hosted solution providing Fly360 with all the functionality and search capability required by a travel agent. The chosen web developer has built Fly360 a website that includes access via XML and HTML templates to charter flight and package holidays linked to a CRM data system. This will allow Fly 360 customer traceability through automatic customer reference generation and service call centre follow up. The bespoke database is available for marketing and e-marketing campaign purposes. Database scripting and function specification have also been designed and configured to Fly 360’s specification.
