When searching for a business that you require, firstly, if you don't know a business's name, simply enter the keywords that best represent the type of business you want into the field "Line of Business" and click on the "Search" button.

If you know the company Name or Address then simply type it into the designated fields "Company Name" and "Address" then click on the "Search" button.

Should you like to localise your search for a specific type of business within your local town for example, then click on the drop down box that says "Town" and select the town from Blackburn or Darwen.

The same applies to the "Postcode" field. Should you require a business within a specific area, click on the "Postcode" drop down box and select postcode for the area that you require.

After an initial search, the business directory should produce a list of businesses based upon your search criteria, each one looking similar to this:

In order to make an enquiry to one or more businesses, click the tick box under "Contact Details" as shown above and then click the "Make Enquiry" button and follow the steps that are needed to send an enquiry. (Note: Enquires are submitted through e-mails and not all businesses within the directory have an e-mail address. Therefore an enquiry cannot be submitted to all businesses using this method)
