No Limits is funded by the Local Enterprise Growth Initiative (LEGI). Within the scheme there are various projects offering support, advice and financial assistance for Pennine Lancashire businesses and start-ups.

Finance For Growth
We have grants available covering most aspects of business improvement including:

Grants are available for established businesses in all sectors. The aim of these grants is to aid growth and create jobs in targeted areas of Pennine Lancashire, mainly through capital expenditure.
The eligible areas for these grants are concentrated in the most deprived areas of Blackburn with Darwen, Hyndburn, Burnley and Pendle Boroughs - please check with us to ensure your business is in an eligible location.

Get Set
The Get Set Business Start up Programme provides support to new businesses within Pennine Lancashire. The programme provides free impartial business advice with a qualified business advisor and a comprehensive workshop training programme addressing the issues specific to setting up and running a business, which is also available for free.
This programme helps to prepare individuals for self employment, investigates the viability of a business idea and provides the necessary infrastructure needed to start up and survive. The culmination of these business support activities is a detailed business plan and the opportunity to make a submission for a start up grant of up to £2,500, subject to eligibility criteria.
The project will also offer continued support through the first 36 months of trading in the form of advice, training and additional financial assistance where applicable. This will include regular monitoring visits and business plan reviews during that 36 month period.

Eureka
Eureka can financially support many innovation and technology based projects from introducing a bespoke e-commerce website to developing a new product prototype. Eureka is the innovation & technology support strand of No Limits. Eligible businesses, start ups and individuals will be supported to develop and be more competitive through the effective exploitation of technology and innovation. The Innovation & Technology Service is the lead delivery body for Eureka but works closely with a wide range of partners across Pennine Lancashire to ensure that an integrated and comprehensive support service is available. The Innovation & Technology Service, formerly part of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, have been successfully delivering technology and innovation advice for over 10 years within the borough.
